With the advantage in England’s favour with a lead of 71, Anderson reached his milestone when he bowled Kraigg Brathwaite shortly after tea on Day Two.
Anderson also removed Kieran Powell for 45 as West Indies reached 93-3, leading by 22 by close of Day Three.
However, Anderson was on sublime form the following morning, taking the wickets of Shai Hope, Roston Chase, Jermaine Blackwood, Devendra Bishoo and Kemar Roach to round-off a historic Test match for the 35-year-old.
The performance from the Lancashire bowler guided England to win the Test by nine wickets which also sealed a 2-1 series victory.
