The MCC Museum is often used in conjunction with the Long Room as a location for pre-dinner drinks, giving guests the chance to browse the exhibits and art, to start their night off in the best possible style.
Within the museum is The Community Gallery, a smaller area for up to 35 guests, providing an intimate space for smaller group gatherings or private screenings.
The Museum is only open to the general public on match days or those on a Lord’s Tour making it one of our most exclusive areas. The Museum is available to hire in the evening from 6pm onwards.
There are two opportunities to give your guests an enhanced experience. Official Lord’s tour guides can interact and mingle with guests and share insights about various artifacts or you can opt for an interactive experience giving the opportunity for object handling, allowing guests to engage with
historical items up close.
An ideal location for pre-dinner or post conference receptions drinks with canapes, the MCC
Museum offers more than just an event space. The art and memorabilia within the museum is
attractive for both cricket fans and those new to the game. The museum houses the Ashes Urn – one
of the most special and famous sporting trophies in the world.
